Anna and Gus had planned a marquee wedding at Oldfield Farm and came to me a few months before the wedding needing help pulling it all together and they knew the On-the-Day Wedding Management package would be perfect for them.
In the lead up to the wedding I helped arrange all the timings for them by contacting all suppliers and creating a minute by minute running order of the day to ensure it all went smoothly.
The day before the wedding I visited Oldfield Farm to help them set up the marquee which was provided by Got it Covered Marquees. The beauty of the On-the-Day Wedding Management package is that I can set everything up for you and I arrive early the morning of the wedding to ensure everything is ready so Anna and Gus could just focus solely on relaxing and getting ready!
On the Saturday of the wedding the sun was shining – it was a beautiful day! Oldfield Farm is situated in Heswall on the Wirral with beautiful views towards Wales and I just knew it would be a lovely day.
In the morning I met with the caterers Cheeky Chilli and the florist Earth and made sure everything was ready for the arrival of the guests. The marquee was lovely as Anna and Gus had added so many personal touches which made it even more special to them and their guests.
The day went really well – guests had drinks and canapés outside in the sunshine and then sat down for their wedding breakfast and the speeches. After the meal I ensured a swift turn around of the marquee to make space for the Ceilidh band that were arriving to entertain the guests in the evening. This was then followed by a DJ which all guests enjoyed.
