Sofia and Will Smallbone celebrated their spectacular Villa Miani Wedding with a multi-day celebration in Rome for nearly 200 family members and friends. The festivities began at the iconic Hotel de la Ville, where guests enjoyed an Italian-themed welcome party. Aperol spritzes, a gelato cart, fresh pizza and pasta set the scene. Meanwhile, a traditional Roman roaming band brought the streets of Italy to life.
The following day, Sofia and Will exchanged vows at the incredible Chiesa di Sant’Ignazio di Loyola. This magnificent Roman Catholic church sits in the heart of Rome. We coordinated all the ceremony logistics from the UK to ensure everything ran smoothly. Afterwards, we transported nearly 200 guests from central Rome to Villa Miani in minivans. Managing this journey in the middle of the afternoon was no small feat! However, the effort was worth it as guests arrived at the stunning villa for an unforgettable reception.
At Villa Miani, the couple welcomed their guests for an incredible evening of celebrations. Spectacular florals and elegant decor transformed the space. In addition, exceptional food and music created the perfect atmosphere for dinner and dancing. With breathtaking views across Rome, the setting provided a truly memorable backdrop for the wedding reception and evening party.
Finally, the celebrations continued on day three with an intimate early evening dinner at the iconic Hotel de Russie. Sofia and Will gathered with their family and bridal party to reflect on the incredible few days. From the vibrant Italian welcome party to the beautiful ceremony and spectacular Villa Miani reception, their multi-day wedding in Rome was a wonderful celebration of love, friendship and Italian hospitality.
